RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy 

We accept unsealed, unused returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, visit our returns center or contact us. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please be advised that items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not accepted, and initial shipping costs cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

In case you opened or used Roccanskin and you are not satisfied, email us, we are open to finding you a solution.

Damages and issues

If you received a damaged or wrong item/quantity, please let us know asap via customercare@roccanskin.com, and we will make it right.

 

Non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Refused delivery

Refused deliveries incur a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. 

Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders can not be refunded.
