Orders over $70 - FREE (5+ business days after processing)
Orders under $70 - Depending on the location $10.95 - $16.95 (See checkout)

Can I exchange my product?
To receive the item you want, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they're placed.
My items arrived damaged, or the order is incorrect, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or wrong item/quantity, we're sorry. Please contact us asap at email@example.com, and we will make it right.

I refused my delivery, what happens now?
Refused deliveries incur a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders can not be refunded.
