USA standard shipping:
Orders over $50 - Free (3-5 Business days after order processing)
Orders under $50 - $7.95 (3-5 Business days after order processing)
When do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 72 hours from our warehouse in Lakewood, New Jersey, on business days, excluding holidays.
How long does it take to receive my order? (USA orders)
Approximately 3-5 business days after processing. Transit times for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be longer.
International Standard Shipping:
Orders over $70 - Free (5+ Business days after processing)
Orders under $70 - Depending on the location $10.95 - $16.95 (see checkout)
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
RETURNS
What is the return policy?
We accept unsealed, unused returns within 30 days of receipt. Here you can find our full return policy. To start a return, please email us at customercare@roccanskin.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they're placed.
My items arrived damaged, or the order is incorrect.
If you received a damaged or wrong item/quantity, please contact us asap via customercare@roccanskin.com, and we will make it right.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you receive an email with a link to the order status page where you can track your order. If you need further assistance, please contact us at customercare@roccanskin.com.
What happens if I refuse my delivery?
Refused deliveries incur a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders cannot be refunded.
