How much is shipping?

USA standard shipping:

Orders over $50 - FREE (2-3 business days after order processing)

Orders under $50 - $5.95 (2-3 business days after order processing)

USA express shipping:

FedEx Priority Overnight, 1-day delivery by 10:30 AM is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please be aware that Express shipping is available for Monday-Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

 

When do you ship my order?

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Thursday and 1 PM Friday (ET time), get shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

 

How long does it take to receive my order? (USA orders)

Approximately 2-3 business days after processing. Transit times for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be longer.

Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please be aware that Express shipping is available for Monday-Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally.

International standard shipping:

Orders over $70 - FREE (5-15 business days after order processing)

Orders under $70 - $16.95 (5-15 business days after order processing)

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

 

Returns 

What is your return policy?

We accept unsealed, unused returns within 30 days of receipt. Here you can find our full return policy. To start a return, visit our returns center or email us at customercare@roccanskin.com.

 

Can I exchange my product?

To receive the item you want, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

My items arrived damaged, or the order is incorrect, what should I do?

If you received a damaged or wrong item/quantity, we're sorry. Please contact us asap at customercare@roccanskin.com, and we will make it right.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you receive an email with a link to the order status page where you can track your order. If you need further assistance contact us at customercare@roccanskin.com

 

I refused my delivery, what happens now?

Refused deliveries incur a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. 

Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders can not be refunded.
